Hats, swimwear, lingerie and custom items may not be returned or exchanged. Items MUST be returned within 15 days from the day you receive the product according to shipper tracking. Returns must be in its original condition, and UNUSED, UNWORN with tags, and perfect condition. Shipping is non refundable and the customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned items.
